New trigger prototype not propagating to server passed LLD discovery period

    • Environment:
      RHEL 7 runnig in a VMWare VM, 4 cores, 8 Gig RAM for 100 hosts. Zabbix 3.2.5 upgraded over a 3.0.8 install.

      After creating a new trigger prototype on a LLD and waiting for the appropriate time to rediscover, hosts do not have the expected triggers in their triggers list.

      I have unlinked the template from the host to no avail.

      Initially, it looked to me like it was ZBX-11558 but I saw it solved in 3.2.4.
