I have media for which I set alerter script which sends us notification.
Problem is that during maintenance that script would run even if it shouldn't be.

That action conditions are:

A and B and C
A - Maintenance status not in maintenance
B - Trigger value = PROBLEM
C - Host group = TE Notify Team

I get content of "Recovery message" in "{ALERT.MESSAGE}" where trigger status ("{TRIGGER.STATUS}") is PROBLEM. And it's triggered because trigger become active.

Problem is that this doesn't happen always so I can't reproduce it.
