We have a case where we have an email address which is something like this:-

[email protected]

When I try to add this into a user's media type, in send to, and update that user Zabbix reports a query error as shown below:-

Cannot update user
Details

Error in query [UPDATE media SET mediatypeid='1', sendto='[email protected]', active='0', severity='63', period='1-7,00:00-24:00' WHERE mediaid='1222'] [Incorrect string value: '\xE2\x80\x8B...' for column 'sendto' at row 1]
Cannot update user media.

From my mail client, I can send to this email address which essentially is a postfix alias.
