Different problem counter results are displayed on dashboard widgets

      Dashboard "Problem Triggers" counter may change on "System status" and "Host status", with trigger dependency setting.
      Currently, Users may be confused from two different counter results.
      Please check attached image.

      Caused by :
      skipDependent=1 is used in "System status" widget.
      But skipDependent is not used in "Host status" widget.
