Operation messages with delay aren’t sending in maintenance period
Steps:
1. Add one more step in actions configuration – to send mail 60s after problem was created;
2. Add multiple trigger with refreshing time 30s and put in problem state;
Check: Action log – on every event was sending 2 message with 60s delay
3. Turn on maintenance period;
Result: Second messages aren’t sending for event created before maintenance period starts

Expected: Second messages was sending for events created before maintenance period starts
