One query will always fail after server restart, resulting in loss of data.

      1. Start zabbix server.
      2. Send some data to trapper and observe it in latest data.
      3. Now restart Oracle database and wait a minute.
      4. Send new data to trapper

      Expected:
New value is displayed in latest data.

      Actual:
Value is missing for no reason, since database is up and running.
