Portion selection zone doesn't react on filter deactivation on graphs page

      Steps:
      1. Open Graphs page ans select some graph;
      2. Select portion of graph;
      3. Deactivate filter and try to select portion one more time

      Result:

      The same error on screens page, if it contain graph
      Expected: Portion selection zone react on filter activation / deactivation
