Couldn’t decrease observe time using ‘Time bar’ at Dashboard, Screens and Graph pages

      Steps:
      1. Open Dashboard with graph widget;
      2. Select time zoom: 5m and try to decrease it with a mouse

      Result: Time zoom value changed on 16d. Trying to decrease it more, smallest zoom value is 6d. The same problem at Screen and Graph pages.
      Expected: ‘Time bar’ zoom value could be increase / decrease by mouse
