I tried to configure zabbix to play alarm sound when trigger becomes active until timeout, or someone mutes the sound manually or the problem is cleared. But when trigger becomes active zabbix shows the floating window in top right corner and starts playing alarm sound, and after a minute the sound stops playing, when I refresh the page, it starts playing again, and stops again after a minute.
I've changed the settings in User profile > Messaging to play sound until timeout and time is 3600 seconds (tried different amount of time) but it didn't help.
