ERROR [file:dbconfig.c,line:9103] Something impossible has just happened - API Validation

      After Zabbix server is started i see in the zabbix_server.log

      zabbix_server [1428]: ERROR file:dbconfig.c,line:9103 Something impossible has just happened.
      zabbix_server [1428]: ERROR file:dbconfig.c,line:9103 Something impossible has just happened.

      it returns every 10-15 minutes.
