Import failed - template with web-monitoring - incorrect value for field "name"

I get responce from system:
Value "'\'\\\'\\\\\\\'\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'Web-2\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'\\\\\\\'\\\'\''" is too long for field "name" - 67 characters. Allowed length is 64 characters.

in file for import field "name" of web-monitoring is correct:
<name>Web-2</name>
