This patch "fixes":
1: Typo of CApplication in api/rpc/class.czbxrpc.php

This is a plain bug, so I hope that will be added.

2: Adds the function CMap::getseid()

I tried to use CMap::get(), but I couldn't get it to work. Unfortunately I have a deadline and didn't have the time to troubleshoot exactly what went wrong. I may be able to get back to this one later. I would be very pleased if it was possible to add this function for now.

3: Changes CMap::addlinktrigger()
The new function caused quite a mess. I just discovered that the debug info scrolled off the screen and I'm extremely pressed for time, so I don't have the time to reproduce it.
I just had a quick look at the code and there may be load of improvements over the function I provided as a patch, but it wouldn't work for me.
Also, my function uses the standard API call add_link_trigger, while the new version uses direct SQL. Isn't a call to the API function a bit more "correct"?
