How to monitor SQL Azure Databases using Zabbix 3.2/3.4 ?

      We want to monitor SQL Azure Databases using Zabbix 3.2/3.4. We found some good templates to monitor SQL server 2012/2014/2016 on Windows Azure VM monitoring but did'nt find any good doc for SQL Azure monitoring. Kindly suggest if that is supported and if so, do you have any documentation ?
