zabbix-agent cannot get item value after network recovery

      Red hat enterprise linux server release 7.3

      after zabbix-server update from 3.2.7 to 3.4.0
      zabbix-server cannot get data from zabbix-agent .
      and i can use zabbix_get to get information
      after Restart the server it return to normal
