Width of the map resizes according to the browser window on map view page

Width of the map resizes according to the browser window on map view page, but for older versions appears horizontal scroll.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create map with width=2000
2. Put map element to the right top corner
3. Save map and open map view page
Results: not appears horizontal scroll, can't see map element
Expected result: appears horizontal scroll
Better solution, if will be horizontal scroll in map, not page scroll
