Steps to reproduce:
1) In Monitoring->Slideshow->Edit slide show (with already existing steps)
2) Add one more step

Result: Delay field for new step is different from previous ones.
Expected: Both fields will be equal.

It seems, that these fields have different max length, text position and validation.
