Sometimes my Zabbix Server stops receiving any kind of data from the proxies for a long period of time. After a long while, it starts working again for some time, then the problem comes back. This situation keeps repeting itself and I can't figure out what is the cause. Zabbix logs keeps showing this error repeatedly:

I don't know if the cause is the same, but the issue seems like the one in this bug:

I would like some help understanding what is happening.
