Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new host with triggers
2. Create new map and open it in edit mode
3. Make sure Expand Macro is On.
4. Create trigger element
5. Add trigger
6. Type host macro, for example

does not expand in element's label
Expected result: macros should be expanded in element's label.

After saving map, macro in label is expanded. It is expanded also in map edit mode. If Apply for this element is pressed without any changes, macro is not expanded again.

For map element with type Host it works as expected.
