Steps to reproduce:
1. Create item with type Zabbix Agent
2. Edit item, change type to JMX agent
Result: empty field JMX endpoint
Expected result: JMX endpoint field with default value "service:jmx:rmi:///jndi/rmi://{HOST.CONN}:{HOST.PORT}/jmxrmi" like when creating

And the same in items mass update
