Zabbix-server not start in centos 7

      When I try to start zabbix-server in centos 7 I have this error.

      zabbix_server [14882]: cannot open log: cannot create semaphore set: [28] No space left on device.

      I have 8 gb of memory and 150 Gb in my hard disk.

      How can I resolve this issue? Thanks
