When adding new widget to the dashboard or moving existing one below visible part of dashboard, graph widgets on dashboard will get scrollbar.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create dashboard with couple graph widgets. They all must be in visible part of dashboard, so dashboard would not have a scrollbar.
2. Add some extra widgets enough for them to be placed outside the visible part of dashboard, or just move one of existing ones below visible part of dashboard.
Result: graph widgets that were on dashboard will get scrollbar.
Expected result: appearance of scroll for dashboard should not add scroll on graph widgets.
