I have a trigger set to no automatic recovery, to allow multiple problem reports, and to allow manual close. It monitors a counter that should trigger a problem report whenever it changes.
If this trigger has more than one outstanding problem report, and I acknowledge and close one of them, I get another "PROBLEM" notification. Only closing the last open problem report sends out the "OK" notification.
This is technically correct, because the trigger remains in PROBLEM state, but the notification message is confusing because it shows that the monitored value (preprocessed as "simple change") is zero.
Instead, it might be better if the notification was of type OK and included the number of remaining open problem reports for the trigger. I don't think this can be done with the available macros, though.
