Error Check access restrictions in Zabbix agent configuration

      When I send a request to Zabbix agent from proxy I see error
      [root@pk271zbxprx01 ~]# zabbix_get -s 172.21.1.36 -k agent.version
      zabbix_get [1707]: Get value error: ZBX_TCP_READ() failed: [104] Connection reset by peer
      zabbix_get [1707]: Check access restrictions in Zabbix agent configuration

      but in logs
      4008:20171013:002329.338 Requested [agent.version]
      4008:20171013:002329.338 Sending back [3.0.10]
