deleted hosts pop up in Zabbix again

      Hi folks,

      I have about 40 hosts in Zabbix that cannot be deleted. They pop up again within 24h, and then Zabbix complains that the hosts are down. At least Zabbix agrees that the hosts cannot be pinged.

      The discovery uses ICMP ping for an IP range. Existing hosts are discovered and added as expected.

      Having 40 false positives is extremely annoying and reduces confidence in Zabbix to almost 0. You don't see if a "real" host goes down.
