Displayed loader in graph preview because of Request-URI Too Long

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Go to Configuration->Zabbix server host -> Graphs
      2. Add graph
      3. Select all host items
      4. Select preview tab
      Actual result: displayed loader, looks like something is loading and you are waiting for it. But nothing to show because there is request error - url too long
      Expected result: at least display some user friendly error message - not loader
