simple graph not linked from 'latest data' for web monitoring triggers

      2 problems

      1. see screenshot simple graphs are not linked from latest data display for web monitoring items;

      2. for triggers that have no simple graphs linked (containing text items only etc), the 'simple graph' heading should not be displayed
