Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Configuration->Templates and pick any existing template with discovery rule
2. Go to discovery rule configuration
3. Go to Filters tab
4. Spoil existing global regexp reference or add a new non-existing one
5. Click Add

Result:
Configuration successfully saved. No errors appear until next LLD rule execution (ZBX-8993).
Expected:
See error message.
