For each team in our company we have a Zabbix account and an action that targets their specific servers. However, for some reason they are never being triggered. Other actions are however being executed.

For instance a host belongs to a hostgroup like "Team: Team One".
The Action Conditions specifically target Hostgroup: "Team: Team One" and whether the Trigger name does not contain a specific string.

The host is not in maintenance and the triggers do not contain this specific string. The actions are enabled.

Yet, for some reason the actions are not being triggered.
