1. Followed the standard installation steps described here: https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/3.4/manual/installation/install_from_packages/rhel_centos
Result:
Error in query zabbix login form. (see attached zabbix_login.png )
Expected:
Able to login with Admin using 'zabbix' password.
Additional Comments:
1. Checked the database (connectivity,database schema,database configuration,etc..).
2. Admin user is present in the user table:

3. zabbix_server.log doesn't show any error in query.
4. Checked SElinux configuration, even when completely disabled([root@zbx-dev01 zabbix]# getenforce
Disabled) the same issue appears.
