Steps to reproduce:
Open Dashboard or Screen with graph.
Try to select box: start selecting in the graph area, and then release mouse cursor out of graph area (for ex. on graph header or time-stamps).

Result:
User is navigated to graph page.

Expected:
User remains on current page, sbox on graph is selected.

This bug is actual for Chrome and IE, in FF it is not reproducing.
