Non working Empty button in Map constructor

      Steps to reproduce:
      Monitoring -> Maps -> Choose Map -> Edit Map (Constructor)
      Add item -> Item type: Trigger -> Select New triggers -> press Select again ->Click Empty button
      Result:
      Triggers were not deleted
      Expected behavior:
      Empty button absent in this pop up (for 3.4) and modal window (for trunk)
