zabbix server and proxy should print out ipmi support status

      currently zabbix server and proxy do not print out their ipmi monitoring support status - they should.

      the common output of :

            • Enabled features ****
              SNMP monitoring: YES
              WEB monitoring: YES
              Jabber notifications: NO
              ODBC: NO
              IPv6 support: NO
              **************************

      should have something like :

      IPMI monitoring: YES

      added.
