Host with the same name "xxx" already exists in zabbix

      I tried to create a new host and got the error as "Host with the same name "xxx" already exists in zabbix". I tried to configure the host with different group and template. No luck, same error occurred.

      But two weeks back, with the same scenario when I added the host, it got added. Why I con't able to add now??
