Not saved fixed/dynamic state of timebar in Problems page

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open Monitoring -> Problems
      2. Select Show: History
      3. Click Apply
      4. Click on "fixed" link on timeline. it changed to "dynamic"
      5. Refresh the page

      Result: Timeline period is "fixed"
      Expected: Timeline period should be "dynamic"
