Following the documentation I've created an item zabbix[proxy,"proxy1",lastaccess]. This item became unsupported. I've double checked the proxy name (copy/paste).

In zabbix server log there is the following line:

2314:20180109:094157.111 item "servername:zabbix[proxy,"proxy1",lastaccess]" became not supported: Unsupported item key.
