I test new version Zabbix 4.0.0alpha2 and encounter the problem.
It is that we can not add the items to dashboard favorite graphs, screens and maps.
At 3.0.x, "..." pull down menu displays the way to change. But at 4.0.0alph2, it shows refresh interval.
