Need to re-design "Events since" filter in the Monitoring->Events report and also in "Actions since" filter in the Administration->Audit report.
At this moment in the Monitoring->Events report in the filter in the "Events since" row by default appears current date and current time and as a result report is empty, appears record "No events found". It is very confusing for the users!

The filter should be changed as follows:

1. A check box "Choose period" must be implemented
1.1. By default, it is unselected, therefore we display all events starting from now
1.2 If checked, user may choose From and To dates

2. The list should not support sorting by time. Newer events/audit records should ALWAYS come first.
