For example go to Administration -> Media types -> Create media type.
Leave Name field empty and try to submit the form.

Result:
Error message is: "Incorrect value for field "description": cannot be empty.", where "description" points to Name field.

Expected:
Error message should be "Incorrect value for field "Name": cannot be empty."
