Problem can be reproduced in places where timeline is used.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a dashboards with Graph widget (to enable timeline). Make dashboard public.
2. Using super admin user, change the date in date picker and press 'Done' button to confirm newly selected date. Observe that dashboard is refreshed without full page;
3. Now, log in as other user that is not super admin and try to change the date in same dashboard.

Result:
Whole page is reloaded;

Expected:
Should be reloaded using ajax in same way as for super admin user.
