      Tested on MariaDB

      Create item with key:

      system.run[printf "\xF0\x90\x8D\x83"]

      [Z3005] query failed: [1366] Incorrect string value: '\xF0\x90\x8D\x83' for column 'value' at row 1 [insert into history_text (itemid,clock,ns,value) values (28334,1518796107,577446509,'<symbol that jira does not allow to insert either>');

      Not sure if this should be handled in Zabbix server/Zabbix proxy or documented.
