Fails are registering in SERVICE_ALARMS as value 5 when out of window maintenance

      After window maintenance in December/2017, I noticed that, although environment is out of window maintenance, services in fails are been registering in SERVICE_ALARMS table as VALUE = 5.

      This problem is generating a error when querying reports.
