Seems that ZBXNEXT-4150 broke correct positioning.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open map, enter edit mode.
2. Try mouse right click in empty place or over some element.

Result:
Context menu is located in the top left corner when clicked in empty place. If click is done on some element, context menu is place right under it (in previous versions it was located in the place where mouse was clicked).

Expected:
Should work in the same way as before ZBXNEXT-4150.
