We are trying to upgrade Zabbix 2.4 to 3.4.x (latest).
Unfortunately, this appears to have failed… It appears DB upgrade has an issue:

Note that we are using DB table partitioning as recommended by Zabbix.
Please let us know what we can do to recover from this error and proceed with upgrade.
