If an event is acknowledged, will that acknowledgement stay with the device for future events of the same trigger? Does the acknowledgement ever automatically return to unacknowledged state? It appears to be a completely manual process. We would like to use this feature to show a support ticket has been opened but if the event occurs again a week later for example, will it show up as already acknowledged?
