Zabbix package update to 3.0.16 breaks configuration

      Recent Zabbix Agent update created a new file in /etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.d

      -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1531 Apr  4 17:41 userparameter_mysql.conf.dpkg-new

      Default Include mask in /etc/zabbix_agentd.conf is WITHOUT .conf extension.

      So we have parameter duplication and Zabbix Agent fails to start.
