Focus is not working on read-only text area in the Trigger expression field for non HC themes

      Steps to reproduce:
      Open templated Trigger.
      Use tab navigation to focus on Expression.

      Result:
      Field is not focused

      Expected:
      Whole field should be focused as in High_Contrast themes
