3 problems with selection hilighting :

1. click on an element, click 'close' in the popup - hilight is not removed. it is possible to hilight many elements this way

2. select a host, ctrl-select another, click on the first host - mass update editor is still shown in the popup

3. select a host, ctrl-select another, click on the first host - mass update editor is shown, and it has incorect "icon (default)" listed (the very first in the list)
