Template System doesn't seem to work with Web Scenarios

      Web Scenarios assigned to a template are not actually monitored. They do not display errors, in fact, they show as status "OK" in the web monitoring tab.

      macro's IPADDRESS, and HOSTNAME also do not work in the URL portion of each step, as far as I can tell.
