Submap cannot be opened from map. Tested using Zabbix super admin user.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a map and add submap element.
2. Save changes; open just created map;
3. Right click on submap element and click on submap item.

Result:

Fatal error, please report to the Zabbix team
