Zabbix became slow then started sending out false zabbix agent unreachable for all hosts

      Server is on RH Linux, zabbix v3.2.1

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Not sure. Looks like 
      2. Zabbix Queue got backed up
      3. alerter process at 100%
      4. history syncer process at 100%
      5. housekeeper processes at 100%

      Result:

      False Zabbix unreachable alerts began executing for each host. Lots of emails

      Expected:
      Just be slow, NOT send out zabbix agent unreachable alerts for EACH host we have.
